I'm now going to research the double page artical that i will need to involve in my magazine. I have found two really good but really different articals. These two stood out and that is exatly what i want mine to be like - to stand out so it catch the audiences eye.
the first one is of Lily Allen and the design of the artical is like it's a newspaper artical and this is breaking the conventions of a magazine.
The style of this isn't going to fit with the genre of my magazine but i thought it would be good to show the differences between them.
The only think i don't like about this is that there is only one main picture, this is something i will pick up on and i know what i want in mine.
I like how the title is a quote from Lily, this againe is breaking the conventions but it really makes it stand out.
The next double page artical is a very different one to the Lily Allen one and to other magazines but i really like the layout of the pictures. The fact i wouldn't be able to layout my artical like this is sad because the colour sceme really make it stand out in it's own way, but the fact the artical written about is split into small boxes around the page, which is breaking the conventions of a magazine artical.
